I would not trust this dealership to give water to a dog, let alone purchase a vehicle or have a service a vehicle of mine. Nor would I trust them to work with anyone else! This dealer is what gives dealer let alone purchase a vehicle or have a service a vehicle of mine. Nor would I trust them to work with anyone else! This is the Best Dealership to Screw you over. Let's see where to start. Let's start with Riley Avery. Very unknowlegable about sales. Let's the fiance and management walk over him on his deals. My wife bought a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner. Big Mistake. I thought people that worked there could be trusted. Boy was I stupid. Now let's talk about James Glenn the Manager. This is the guy who comes out to sell you all the extra stuff. His opening line is I'm sorry I dont know about this car, usually we do an inspection and I know what I'm dealing with. Talk about a salesman. James can sure shovel the BS. Now let's talk about The owner Doug White. Wow. He owns 7 dealerships including Ted Russell Ford. So stay away from there to. Now let me tell you why I'm writing this article. As I said earlier they sold my wife a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner and not to mention my son in law a 2016 jeep and screwed him to. They charged a total of 38000 for the 4 Runner. Now 3 months later the thing is falling apart rubber is coming off exterior trim is falling off brakes are.shot and grinding. So my wife calls them to see about the warranty we.paid extra for. Dont waste your time it covers nothing. So they tell her to come on down we can put you in a 2020 for 550 month with 10,000 down. What a crock of crap. When she gets there Riley shows new papers that her payment will be over 700 a month. Not 1 time did any of these 3 guys mentioned say let us check your car or let us take it to service and we will fix what we didn't check when we sold it to you. They say we will give you 26000 for your 38000 dollars debt and put you in this 2020 with your trade and 10,000 down your payment will be in the high 700 range. So did they make right what they said they would. Heck no. People please stay away from Toyota of Knoxville and Ted Russell ford because Doug White owns 7 dealerships in Knoxville and by God you will get screwed at all of them. More

would rather pull my fingernails out with a pair of pliers had the worst most unprofessional time dealing with these incompetent people.they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in 49yrs.It took th had the worst most unprofessional time dealing with these incompetent people.they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in 49yrs.It took them 3 trips down there before they finally fixed my car.Then they charged me 500.00 for the rental car they give me saying I did not get preapproval for them to pay and it is there rental place.No one said anything before I got the rental about it being my responsibility to pay the rental on a problem that was supposed to be fixed 3 months ago,i got a rental the two times prior to this last time and was never charged before.Seems to me they are trying to recoop some of the money they had to put out to fix the car right like they should have done before.I can honestly say that I will never,never,never deal with this dealership again.Oh and after I paid for the rental car it took them an hour to find the keys and the car.If your thinking of buying a Toyota I would suggest any dealership in the country but Toyota of Knoxville!!!!!!!!!! More

Don't buy used! We were sold on the 150 point "thorough" inspection and that "no used vehicle is put on the lot without all issues being fixed". We have spent almost We were sold on the 150 point "thorough" inspection and that "no used vehicle is put on the lot without all issues being fixed". We have spent almost $3,000 in repairs on the used car we purchased within 30 days of purchase! First issue on the drive home was no heat. Took back next day and we were told the heater core was out which would be around $2,000 and could we "help out" with about $500 of the repair? We had the car less than 24 hours! Heater core replacement is actually around $600-700 with labor, not $2000! They did fix this problem, but the worst was yet to come! Leaking valve cover gaskets, transmission oil lines and cooler, rear main seal and radiator ALL have had to be replaced!!! I emailed several managers and finally got a response that they're sorry for the inconvenience. NEVER will I purchase a new or used vehicle here! I would like to add that our salesman was wonderful. I feel bad for him as he had tremendous faith in the dealership and the 150 point inspection! More

The service department was very kind and knowledgeable. It did take longer than expected and it was difficult to get accurate updates, but they were pleasant when I spoke to them. They also lost my keys and I was without my car for an additional day and late to work on Monday as a result which was disappointing, but they worked very hard to find them and again, we're very kind throughout the whole process. More

Happiness is a new Highlander We were very please with the courteous and unhurried manner in which the discussions about purchasing a new highlander were conducted. We were considering several options, and revisited the Toyota Knoxville several times, while we were working though them to get the ideal choice. Toyota personnel, especially Casey Allen, were very patient and willing to spend time with us while we worked to a decision. Casey's willing to work with us was an important part of us buying at Toyota Knoxville. We are extremely please with our final choice of the 2019 Highlander Limited and with our experience in obtaining it at Toyota Knoxville. More
