In the first call he made it personal by walking the lot to see the car and made an appointment with me to come down. He text and followed up with me and answered all my questions. He always text back quickly and was honest and NEVER pushy. While we made an appt to see one car he still showed me others and helped discuss the decision with my family versus simply pushing a decision. The financial negotiations were smooth and respectful, open and fair. (Think his name was Justin, another great guy to work with) The signing process was smooth and very personable, with conversation in between as people versus a simple business transaction.
