If I could give 10 stars I would! Jim has been dealing with my husband’s VW on an elusive brake issue for a few days and has been absolutely stellar in his customer service, problem solving, and resolutio with my husband’s VW on an elusive brake issue for a few days and has been absolutely stellar in his customer service, problem solving, and resolution. Oil Change Liberty called me to let me know it was time for an oil change and that it would be on them! Arrived for my appointment and there was no waiting! No Liberty called me to let me know it was time for an oil change and that it would be on them! Arrived for my appointment and there was no waiting! Not only did they change the oil, they rotated the tires and washed my car! The waiting room was packed and there was not one unhappy customer sitting there! All were being taken care of by the team members and were being given updates as to the timeline of their vehicle being finished! I was in and out in 45 minutes! More
