I was lied to by the salesman and financial manager I leased a 2018 Camry LE for 3 years with an option to buy on May 21, 2018. During that process, I was assured repeatedly that there would be no penal I leased a 2018 Camry LE for 3 years with an option to buy on May 21, 2018. During that process, I was assured repeatedly that there would be no penalty if I ended the lease early should my financial situation change. Not true. The salesman, Jim Ellis and Jake Bunker, the financial manager at the time of leasing, lied. I would not have leased the car if I had known the truth. I do not recommend this dealership More

Machen’s service dept. is & has been part of my regular maintenance routine ....,they are professional, customer focused, and highly dependable! Machens service dept is easy to contact for scheduling and have added email/texts confirmation, expanded scheduling times w/in the last 3yrs. Free car washes available with each appt. also. Love the vehicle inspection printed report given to me at the end of each appt. Thanks Guys!! More

In a profession that can be manipulative and pushy, he put customer service first. Jake Bruner, in the business office took the time to educate me about the myriad financial options and made sure I understood them. Again, customer service was paramount. The manager, Joe Haner, was courteous and respectful of what I wanted in a car. A very positive experience. More
