Unable to make an appointment for over a week because went right to voicemail left a message with my phone number to have it returned and was never returned. It's an absolute s*** show. They don't answer their phones. Their customer service has gone down the drain. It's very disappointing !!! More

Service dept is awful. I was contacted to schedule an appointment for a recall. I took car in on scheduled date, and never got a call. Went in at 5:30 PM only to be told th I was contacted to schedule an appointment for a recall. I took car in on scheduled date, and never got a call. Went in at 5:30 PM only to be told that they need to order the part and it is on back order. They should have let me know that when the appointment was scheduled to save me a wasted trip. I had to take a day off without pay, and now when the part comes in I have to do it again! More
