I felt scammed, I was scammed! Bought a new 2026 Prius on 12/28/25. and was promised a $1,000 discount off a $33K deal if I purchased that day a new in stock vehicle, thus lower Bought a new 2026 Prius on 12/28/25. and was promised a $1,000 discount off a $33K deal if I purchased that day a new in stock vehicle, thus lowering the price to about just under $32K. Then I applied for the $750 discount and the price was supposed to go to about 31,189, well... the $1,000 discount mysteriously disappeared when the finance person processed the paperwork! This is the third Prius I bought this year (for my kids) and this one the only one from Alexandria Toyota so I am familiar with the pricing. They gave me all my paperwork on a USB which is formatted at FAT 16 that will not load on any of my computers so I am left with zero paperwork. I now wonder what they charged me for the car! I tried to call the dealership and the salesman as soon as I got home and no-one answered the phones. I also couldn't figure out on how to turn the rear lights off and was afraid my battery was going to go dead. no-one returned my call, not even the mobile numbers I was given. More

We were happy to pay the just under $32K and then the finance lady was to give us a $750 military discount if we financed the car so the price was supposed to be now $31,189 but we were instead charged $32,189.00 given all paperwork on a USB that is blank! Just bought a 2025 RAV4 - Jim Brotherton was awesome. He listened to our needs. He is super knowledgeable and his suggestions were most helpful and on target with our wishes for a car. The actual process He listened to our needs. He is super knowledgeable and his suggestions were most helpful and on target with our wishes for a car. The actual process of buying the car was very smooth. Jim walked us through every step, introduced us to the great team at Alexandria Toyota involved in the process and together they left no loose ends. We have been service customers with Alexandria Toyota for many years and our service rep, Tom Cantrell is awesome as well. We were sorry to let go of our 1996 Corolla with only 380,000 miles, but look forward to many happy miles with our new RAV4. And Jim is so pleasant, we are going to ask him to play Santa at our next Christmas party :)!! More
