Jenny has been my service rep over the years for my 2005 Prius and now my 2022 Prius. I always wait for my car and she keeps me up-to-date as to the time it will be ready. I'm very confused why are dealership still selling 2019 Honda fit if they have been recalled for 5 issues. I feel they saw me coming,not during my research I traded a CR-V Honda 2015 excellent shape! This another reason I know now they do owe me taking complete advantage of a midage female who just wanted a smaller vehicle and yes I chose the Honda fit and believe they ran and kept me hostage for over 4 hours doing this wasted time I feel someone was supposed to keep me the customer in the loop! I was cheated, I was dealing with unprofessional and rude maybe it wasn't know one was keeping me find leaving and know one paid me any attention except a few people notice I was still there. Unbelievable! More
