Ten Mercedes from Knauz since 1985 We've been Knauz customers since 1985 when we bought our first MB--a 1985 240D Diesel. Knauz Motors was then on North Western Ave. in Lake Forest. We've been Knauz customers since 1985 when we bought our first MB--a 1985 240D Diesel. Knauz Motors was then on North Western Ave. in Lake Forest. We recently bought our 9th and 10th Mercedes from Knauz, a 2016 GLC and a 2017 C Class sedan. Dick Bradley has been our Sales Representative since 2004 and it has been a pleasure to deal with him. Dick is a seasoned sales agent who is very well informed on features of the various models. He always acts on our behalf. Current Mercedes have more features since our 1985 model. Sam Greenberg explained a few features that weren't clear from the manuals. We might need Sam's help in the future as we explore our new cars. Vijay Zavery meticulously helped us to complete our documentation and explain the available service options. More
