Brought my van in 3 times for same issue, dealership kept it for almost a month each time and returned it without fixing issue. Less than 72 hours after picking up the van from the dealerships repair shop th it for almost a month each time and returned it without fixing issue. Less than 72 hours after picking up the van from the dealerships repair shop the last time it completely broke down in traffic and I had to pay to have it towed back to the dealership. Currently my van is still at the dealership with no estimation as to when it will be repaired and returned to me. When asked for updates I was told waiting for diagnostic specialist to look at it, that took 3 weeks. FYI it is still under warranty yet we were charged for repairs the second time it was in the shop. Overall experience zero out of 10. More
