Contacted Jill in May about a 2022 Tucson. Picked up the vehicle in July. Jill was super to work with, she kept in contact with me, gave me weekly updates. I live in St Augustine and the dealership is in Central Florida, so for me to go the distance, Jill certainly went the distance. She is very knowledgeable, and responded to my texts/emails promptly. It seems that today a lot of businesses have very poor customer service - this is not so with Jill, she provided exceptional customer service and that alone says alot about her. The transaction went very smoothly, Jill went over the Tucson in detail, answering all my questions without hesitation and then provided information that I never even thought to ask. I got the needed information on the Venue, and a trade valuation. Several more texts that afternoon, and I told her I'd be there Monday morning by 10am. She told me the car had just come off the carrier, and had to go through pdi and detail, but it'd be ready by then. It was. I forgot to mention I came from 120 miles away. If I hadn't gotten connected to her, I don't know if I would have went ahead. I'm 60 years old and have bought many new cars. Very few went without any problems like this did. I can actually send any friends looking for new Hyundai's to see her and not worry they'll be taken advantage of. The whole thing was great and so is the car! More

Her friendly personality also made the whole process more delightful. If you need a car I recommend looking through this dealership's inventory as they have good vehicles at fair prices.
