Cannot say enough good things about not only my Hyundai Tucson (which I LOVE - the tech is unmatched!) but also my INCREDIBLY helpful sales consultant, Jill! She put all the information right on the table from the beginning so I could make an educated decision, and she provided a ton of knowledge without making it feel like I was being "sold" - she genuinely just wanted to help me find the right fit and it made the whole experience so enjoyable (instead of overwhelming!). The bonus was the family-vibe at the dealership - everyone else I interacted with was so kind (and Jill's ACTUAL family works there, too!) Her husband Barry was super knowledgable and made the test drive really fun, while her son Mason was also so polite - just really making the overall experience great - which is what you're looking for when you're making such a huge purchase! From the manager to front desk girl to the gentleman who signed my paperwork (and other consultant from Boston who chatted with my mom and I as we waited! lol): THANK YOU to the whole Hyundai crew! 10/10 Recommend! More

My issue and reason for not giving 5 stars is the inaccuracy of the website and the finance deals on offer. This should not be an issue in 2024!! After finding a vehicle and exploring the finance opt inaccuracy of the website and the finance deals on offer. This should not be an issue in 2024!! After finding a vehicle and exploring the finance options and obtaining a quote to drive 45 minutes to be told the vehicle I had looked at was not available on low rate finance as although it had not been registered as it had 4300 miles on it meant it is excluded - then sort your programming out as itβs easy enough to exclude vehicles if they have mileage on them. Aside from this the transparent pricing on the website and not full of gimmicks, discounts (that we experienced the day before at another franchise) that are not applicable or click here to unlock best price was very good. In arriving at the dealership we were met by Jill Burks who was the best salesperson we have dealt with so far. She was extremely helpful and offer suggestions to get us to the deal we wanted and we purchased the vehicle on the day. Overall a good experience and a decent dealership but sort out your website and the score and feedback would have been even more positive. More
