I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new 2026 Sorento Hybrid at a price I felt was fair for all parties. Unfortunately, the salesperson, Jhony Pulido, was only interested in closing the deal and repeated Hybrid at a price I felt was fair for all parties. Unfortunately, the salesperson, Jhony Pulido, was only interested in closing the deal and repeatedly made me feel like an inconvenience. In hindsight, I should have walked out and taken my business elsewhere. Jhony gave me only one key and told me to come back another day for the second. He provided no explanation of the vehicle’s features, instead telling me to read the manual or return the following week because Saturdays are busy with new sales and he “didn’t have time.” He then disappeared, leaving me to figure out basic features on my own before driving off the lot. I had to make two separate trips just to receive the second key, which should have been provided at delivery. The finance representative, Besim, offered me an extended warranty at an inflated price. When I declined, he lowered the price and told me to contact him later if I was interested. When I called back to purchase the warranty, the price had increased by $800. This was deceptive and unprofessional. The only after sales communication I have had is an email asking me for referrals. I would never buy a car from this dealership again or recommend it to anyone. Jhony made me feel like he was doing me a favor by selling me a car and when taking delivery of the vehicle, it seemed like I was an inconvenience. I would rather pay a little more elsewhere and receive proper customer service—where my business is valued instead of dismissed. More
