I recently purchased a vehicle and had the absolute pleasure of working with Alonzo Jackson and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he made the entire e pleasure of working with Alonzo Jackson and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable—which is not something you often hear about car buying. Alonzo was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car to fit my needs and budget. There was never any pressure, just honest advice and a clear commitment to excellent customer service. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and he took the time to explain all my options in a way that felt transparent and trustworthy. Mr. Chancy displayed excellent customer service skills. My whole experience at Honda this time around has been very stressful for me. Mr. Chancy has went above and beyond to help my situation. At first I was very agitated, a little confused and undecisive as to what I wanted to do. Initially, I went to get my previous car serviced. When I received a buy back offer, I took the bait. The original color of the new vehicle that I wanted wasn't available but Mr. Chancy helped deliver a vehicle that I can see myself enjoying. Although, the numbers that were promised weren't kept, incentives were offered to accommodate the extra expense. It has been a very long 2 days but I am content. Thank You Mr. Clancy for your patience and also for your outstanding customer service. Please keep up the hard work. More
