WARNING : Think twice before buying a BMW !! I have never had to write so may be negative reviews in all my life. Unfortunately the brand new car I bought had been nothing but a nightmare. It has been in for service 2 times and will need to go back again for a 3rd time !!!!! It is utterly ridiculous that a customer should have to go thru this with a new car. I don’t know why they would have had me pick up my car if it wasn’t fixed. Nor should any new car (ONLY 2 MONTHS OLD) should be to be in decor this may times. I now have to bring my BRAND NEW CAR back for a 3rd time !!!!! I have reached out to multiple people at BMW including BMW corporate. Unfortunately this experience has tainted my view of BMW and has caused me too much undue stress !! I will never recommend buying a BMW !! More

He was quick and efficient with the processing but also took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I deducted one star because the financing part of the process took hours while I waited in the lobby, and I thought the review of the paperwork amounted to just 'sign here, here, and here'. I had to slow things down and ask questions about the forms. I would have expected the Finance representative to give a brief description of each document he was asking me to sign. At one point, he simply gave me the stock of documents and told me to sign these and he'll be back in a minute. While not terrible, I've dealt with more professional Finance departments. I was also hoping the detailing of the CPO I was buying would have been a little better. There were smudges and smears on the instruments and windows that looked like a dirty cloth was used. More
