My experience with Camelback Toyota has been an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I feel compelled to warn everyone to stay far, far away from this dishonest, unprofessional establishment. They sold my finance a car with major cosmetic damage, which they completely failed to disclose upfront. When we brought it to the attention of the manager, Jesus Machado, we were told to come in to address the issue. But once we arrived, we were given the run-around, with Jesus Machado conveniently “in a meeting,” while everyone else in the dealership was just standing around texting and sipping iced coffees. Zero urgency and no care for customer service. To add insult to injury, after the fact, they claimed that the major cosmetic damage was "baked into the price" – but they never disclosed that at any point during the sale. This is the kind of shady, underhanded practice that gives car dealerships a bad name. It was like they were hoping we wouldn’t notice until it was too late. But it doesn’t stop there. The car was also sold with major safety issues, including faulty brake bolts. You read that right – brake bolts that could have jeopardized our safety. Absolutely unacceptable. The entire dealership – from Jesus Machado, the manager, to the front desk staff – clearly could not care less about us once the sale was made. No accountability from anyone, and it’s evident that they don’t hold themselves or their staff responsible for anything. Jesus Machado is clearly uninterested in customer concerns and refuses to address the many issues with the sale. Camelback Toyota is the epitome of everything people despise about car dealerships and salespeople. Once they have your signature, they’re done with you, and they don’t give a xxxx about your experience or well-being. I would rather walk than ever deal with this company again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare at all costs. More

Worst dealer ever… Not one time bad experience, more than 3 times bad experiences. BE CAREFUL , always trying to get trades so cheap, want trades for free. THEY Don’t keep deals, they said one thing, than 3 times bad experiences. BE CAREFUL , always trying to get trades so cheap, want trades for free. THEY Don’t keep deals, they said one thing, then another thing. Always offering high interest rate. My experiences there, were so bad. Once they tried to gave me $25,000 for may trades, in other dealer took $35,000 Once they tried to gave 18% APR, because my credit score, liars, I took 8.5% in other dealer. Once, they tried to gave me $3000 for my trade, I took $10,000 in other dealer. Finance department is so bad., worst. Be careful More

Sean Neel was our sales person, his follow up was me calling back days later when he said that he would get back to me soon as possible. The parts that we were promised, we had to go through service and talk to somebody and they finally called back yesterday after multiple calls over the past two months telling us that our promised, TRD all weather floor mats are not available. They did send us regular Tacoma floor mats which I opened and held by the way we paid $300 for these floor mats that were supposed to be TDs. We can’t see it on our final bill or sales receipt, but it was in the negotiating, and even sadder we paid cash for the truck. Sean gave us a good spill. We trusted him and it all fell through the only thing good out of it. We got a decent truck. We actually had problems with the truck on the first day the tailgate, which was automatic up and down like a regular hatchback failed to retract and Titus and service said he would get back with us two months later never gotten back with us. We found taking the truck to Big2 Toyota more satisfying and better better better better 1000% better communication. We had to truck at Camelback on the second day. They gave us a loaner a nasty stinking Toyota rental that’s stunk like smoke and gym socks inside. When we took the truck and they kept it overnight at Big2, they gave us a like new car they had Uber bring us back home if we didn’t want a loaner and then the last vehicle we had before they finally fixed our tailgate they gave us a 24 Tacoma TRD off-road with less than 1000 miles as a loaner. More
