I had all my Financials in place, down payment ready. I was told the vehicle in question was set aside, and the VIP area was ready for me. Evidently the vehicle was sold the night before. Apparently the Salesman doesn't know what voice-mail is, and I drove 80 miles for nothing! He called while I was in route for the purchase. I DO NOT monitor my phone while I'm driving. It was rude, and TOTALLY out of line! I'll NEVER do business there! More

The service department at Lithia Hyundai of Fresno leaves much to be desired. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule maintenance for my Hyundai SUV due to a malfunctioning heater, I have been met with unav much to be desired. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule maintenance for my Hyundai SUV due to a malfunctioning heater, I have been met with unavailability for appointments that are often booked out two months in advance. I bought 2 cars cash and was treated horrible with service and that’s to say the least! Don’t do it! One car is a 2012 Nissan z 370 and a brand new Santa Fe.
