Terrible, says they performed the oil change, yet when I checked the oil levels it has not been changed. I have evidence of it as well as my dash cam. I purchased my car from here. I’m too far away from this location now but I still drive to get my car do its routine maintenance from Longo. I sometimes can watch the mechanic do I’m too far away from this location now but I still drive to get my car do its routine maintenance from Longo. I sometimes can watch the mechanic do its job and doing multipoint inspection. They are all friendly and professional. One thing that doesn't make this review perfect is, when I had my windshield cracked, i thought they would take care of it as I want ( all Toyota parts) but instead, they just brushed me away and gave me a verbal quote of “1800$. I would have just scheduled to have it fixed there but, they did not offer to take in my car neither even recommended just to go somewhere else. Long story short, no problem with these guys, they are good taking care of the car and the owner of the cars, but I would be more appreciative if they treat their all their customers fairly. I feel like if you have the newest car, they are excellent, if you get there and you have your toyota from the 90’s and dressed in your simple clothes, it will be easy for them to just point you around and at the end no one will help you solve your problem. More

JJ was awesome and he went above and beyond. He’s always on point with his customer service and customer care! I really appreciate how he takes his time with us his clients. He is so caring and He’s always on point with his customer service and customer care! I really appreciate how he takes his time with us his clients. He is so caring and understanding. As I pulled up to my appointment I got stung by a bee. He swung into action and got me an alcohol wipe as well as some antiseptic. I am so thankful he helped me out. I am allergic to bee stings. Also he was able to assist me with my oil change and made recommendations to my windshield wipers. Which came in handy considering the rain we have been having. Thank you JJ for always making my visit so pleasant and for lending a helping hand. I truly appreciate you and your attention. More
