First off let me start be saying I have been purchasing all my cars from Tom Gil Chevrolet for the last 7+ years. Up until now it has always been a pleasant experience. I just purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra 3 all my cars from Tom Gil Chevrolet for the last 7+ years. Up until now it has always been a pleasant experience. I just purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra 3 month’s ago. Tried to get the vehicle titled in Indiana but the title was not signed off by the former lien holder. Gave the title back to the dealership and still have not received it back. Not only that but I have had multiple issues with the vehicle since I purchased it. Lane assist camera not working and now my brakes are acting up. I have had the vehicle for 3 months with no title. When I called the title department a lady named Lacey was very rude and nasty to me. I will never purchase a vehicle from Tom Gil ever again. More
