Had my car towed to dealership because is started to make a weird sound and was running right. The dealership ordered me a Uber home and I informed me a mechanic would look at it ASAP the next day. The next day the mechanic called with the bad news of about my engine ( I loved my car and never lost a Toyota engine at 186,000 miles 😩). I informed the mechanic I wasn’t sure what to do considering the high cost of repair. But he reassured me that someone can help me consider my options. As I was making my way back to the dealership Johnathan from sales called me. He said he can show me used cars on the lot and there would be no pressure. I was pleasantly surprised when Johnathan met with me immediately. He asked what my needs are and explained cost benefit factor of trading in my car and and options with a Toyota Certified Used car verses new car. Johnathan walked me around the lot. Opened any car I wanted to see, offered a spin drive. After looking at a number of cars he was able to find an office we could use since it was difficult for me to concentrate in the crowed noisy lobby. He offered hot beverages and gave me all the time I need to have my questions answered, including the difference between used and Toyota Certified, financing, insurance and registration. The experience was stress free, I felt supported in what ever decision I would make whether that was to buy from this deal ship or another. Because of Johathans professional service. I will always buy from him and Toyota of Downtown Los Angeles. Hopefully soon I can get a car for my daughter from Toyota of Downtown. I recommend Toyota of Downtown Happy Customer Susan S More

The service here was really bad, my appointment was early in the morning 6:20, and they checked in my car at 7:15am after checked in a lot of cars before mine (and they came after me), they offered me the pa in the morning 6:20, and they checked in my car at 7:15am after checked in a lot of cars before mine (and they came after me), they offered me the package for the maintenance for next 2 years, I got that one and the guy was nice and helped me, I told him I need to work at 10 and I was mad about them tooking too long and the team still took a long time in my car maintenance, they gave my car out around 9:30 and when I was waiting for my car they told me they couldn't find it, they lost it and I had to wait another hour for my car to be found, I was really upset about it and I got my car back around 10:15am, the worst service, I didn't get no discount or nothing but just "sorry miss" after paid for other 4 maintenance, I didn't want those anymore or that wervice, it was really bad and I got late to work More
