HORRIBLE! !! If I could rate this dealership negative stars, I would...over and over again. We used this dealership by chance, not choice. Traveled to SC from F !! If I could rate this dealership negative stars, I would...over and over again. We used this dealership by chance, not choice. Traveled to SC from Florida on vacation. We broke down as soon as we arrived at our Myrtle Beach campground. Brought our vehicle here and the service department kept our vehicle 4 days to run diagnostics, clear the check engine codes the TCM was giving, and sent us on our way. On the way home, we broke down AGAIN while traveling on I95 with our two babies (a 5 month old and a 3 yr old). It was such a nerve wrecking experience... of course we didn't know where we were, if it was safe, etc. They sent our family on the road knowing they didn't repair anything. We called to speak with the service manager and he pawned us off to an 800 #. We called to speak with the owner/President and he told us he didn't have time to talk with us. To even call it a 'service' department is a joke. They are incompetent, rude, and negligent to say the very very least. More

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience EVER! We were charged $800 to supposedly fix a coolant leak and our car was there for one single night. When we got it the next day, 3 pairs of sungl EVER! We were charged $800 to supposedly fix a coolant leak and our car was there for one single night. When we got it the next day, 3 pairs of sunglasses and a hunting knife were stolen from our vehicle. It took a WEEK for them to finally return any of my calls about the stolen items and all they could say was that no one had been seen near our car but they were still reviewing footage. At just over a week, they admitted the only people with access to our vehicle were the employees. No apology was ever made about how our items were stolen and at no point did the service manager, Jesse, offer any compensation for these items. Fast forward to a week later when our car starts having the SAME ISSUE it had when we dropped it off. We decided to take it somewhere else and the new mechanic said they never even fixed the problem. They did something completely unrelated and charged us for that instead. When we told the dealership, they couldn't even offer us a free service to fix their screw up and wouldn't even admit they messed up in the first place. So. If you wanna waste a bunch of money and have your things stolen, then this is the place for you. Never ever going back ever again. BY THE WAY--after trying to get answers from them for over a week, they admitted they've had multiple break ins at their service lot and I was told that they had someone actually break in and sleep in one of the cars. Obviously, that was not something we were told prior. PLEASE BE AWARE. More

Bad service, bad business. we purchased our vehicle from this dealer in 2016. Started good slowly got worse and then bad. Wanted to keep the relationship going we continued to take car for servicing here and tried to purchase a vehicle in 2019 and no one would help after walking in lot 3 times and emailing, no responses so we bought from another dealer. Same car we purchased in 2016 needed repairs…the price was inflated $250 above another dealer that sells same vehicle, half the price to repair?? Recently the same 2016 car had to be taken in for intake and exhaust cam actuators and fuel system cleaning. $550 and $240? $800? Now I felt we were being taken advantage of. Bonnie said Operations Manager would see us and negotiate price of repairs, we were at dealership waiting, nothing. They gave us the key after paying $140 diagnostic fee, again an overcharge) and let us leave no one cared to talk to us. We got the same work complete and an oil change service on the car for $300 less at an official dealership the same day. Poor service. Beware they overcharge and gouge and under deliver. Plenty of other good trustworthy dealers elsewhere in the area that will save you hundreds. More

The greatest, most genuine dealership! Emma and I are in love with our new used car. We had the most incredible experience at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac. Jessie helped me find a car that fit us and our needs perfectly. The moment we walked through the door we heard Christian music, which was comforting. We met the owner, Luis Rodriguez, who was one of the kindest, most sincere person I've ever met. Luis introduced us to Darrell. Darrell was so patient with me during the test drive. I also had the opportunity to learn about why he chose to work at MB Chevrolet Cadillac, which is a powerful story if you ever get the chance to hear it! Jessie then took the car for us and made sure it was sparkling clean when we picked it up. Emma LOVES it. We recently purchased our 6th new Caddy in the last 10 yrs. with Louis & Team. We brought in our 2017 XT5 for an oil change and Tammy was given a new XT4 as a loaner. She was allowed to keep and drive it for as long as she wanted. She loved it! But Tammy wanted every option available on the new XT4 Sport edition and specific colors. The only one located that had EVERY OPTION (including All Wheel Drive) was in Florida.It was located on a Monday and back in MB on a Tuesday. A runner was immediately dispatched (20 hrs. round trip) and was detailed & all her existing settings on the old 2017 XT5 had been programmed into the new XT4 by our "Salesfriend", Brad Thurman. No price up to this point had been discussed yet. We only trusted that Brad Thurman & Louis would give us the very best deal as they've always done in the past. We no longer try to negotiate, as their 1st offer is ALWAYS THEIR BEST! After having checked Kelley Blue Book on trade in value previously, Brad & Louis were at the VERY top of the range allowable with Kelley Blue Book value! We also were given $1,000 rebate and 0% interest. Again, a no brainer! Why pay cash when you can get FREE MONEY and use your own cash to make money? This dealership should be recognized if not already as TOP in the country. Everyone at Myrtle Beach Cadillac/Chevrolet over the years are like family to us and some have become personal friends. We value their friendship and trust everything they do for us. Also I have to mention that Tammy & I are caretakers of her Dad's ALL ORIGINAL (46,000 MILES) Chevy Bel Air. Louis is responsible for it being used throughout an entire movie (Angel's Prayer) that is due out this fall! Thanks to everyone on Louis' team especially Brad Thurman, Paul Rodriguez, Mike Helms, Jessie McKnight, Keith Marvin, Tony Madden and last but definitely not least, Samantha Perritt.
