Our case appears to be the 1 case where titling paperwork was not hand delivered to DMV as DMV confirmed typically occurs. Titling person, Skye, continued to lie and intentionally put off our paperwork. Even her supervisor lied and told us she would handle things and did not. VIN inspection not done in house as you can see on other reviews they are very capable of doing. We were not informed. Poor petty behavior from a dealership who isn't good enough to have it. The other vehicles we test drove had mechanical issues. One wouldn't even start without being jumped in the parking lot and they still tried to sell it to us as an option. Prices are not that competitive either. More

Our salesman, Vittoriano "Torri" Miera, provide a very personable, helpful, low pressure buying experience, and responded to requests quickly. Chad Reiss was extremely helpful in finding the right financing (we worked with him the first time also), and with the title swaps. Additionally, we had an opportunity to work with John and Jessica, and appreciated their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction. Great management, great sales staff, and I have only used service once, but they were impressive also. More

Bought a used vehicle. It was a very positive experience. Did everything they said they would do. We were coming in to look at a SUV with higher miles. I texted Nicole to see if she had other vehicles to look at with our opposition we wanted, she said no problem. When we got there she had 5 vehicles for us to look at. We selected one of those vehicles and were happy with the numbers. I also want to say that Jessica went above and beyond get a SUV from Ft. Morgan on a Saturday afternoon over to Greeley late, actually Nicole went and got it. Never once was it brought up that we choose another vehicle and the time wasted. Very good customer service from going to go getting the vehicle, to negotiating for our new SUV. Finance actually got us a lower rate then my preapproval credit union loan too! Trust me when I say, that there's nothing worse then taking the time and having to battle to get a new vehicle, but this experience with Ehrlich Toyota in Greeley was very positive! They have earned my business and will be the first to go to when looking for another vehicle. More

We visited no less than 8 dealerships and two major online dealers. Narrowing it down to Toyota and Kia we finally went with Toyota. Every person at the dealership was kind and friendly. Nekoda Jacobs at Ehrlich in Greeley, CO listened to us go back and forth between a Highlander and Avalon. He patiently let us drive both. No pressure. No urgency. No ugly sales push. Just a quiet professional (but also fun!) manner. We could have gone anywhere to buy, but he really was the reason we bought from Ehrlich. If he were listed below as one of the salesmen, We’d give him 10 stars. More

The staff was very friendly and informative. We did not feel pressured or taken advantage of. They gave us a great price on a new car. The great thing too is they spend time answering any questions about the vehicle and it's features. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends in search of a new vehicle!
