My Tahoe wasn’t reading the key fob even after I replaced the batteries. I called to make an appointment but I needed to leave my suv for more than 5 days at the dealer. I absolutely could not do that since the batteries. I called to make an appointment but I needed to leave my suv for more than 5 days at the dealer. I absolutely could not do that since I have a baby who was in the nicu when he was born. He has doctor visits almost all week and having my suv is very important to me since it’s my only transportation at the moment. Thanks to Jessica O. And Jesus in service my suv was ready the same day. I greatly appreciate both of them for making this happen. Courtesy is my go to dealer because they treat you like family. More

Tim was patient and not pushy. He took his time to help find us the right truck & even went out of his way to drive me to the bank to exchange my cashiers check. We actually were going to leave without purchasing a truck, but Tim kept walking the lots and eventually found the truck I wanted. Good job Tim!!! I recently bought a new Chevy Bolt from Gab. He is very knowledgeable about electric cars. He was low pressure to deal with and always kept his word. They have a great selection of cars. My car was totally charged and ready to go. The sales manager and others asked if there was anything they could do to help. They seemed like they really wanted to help and not sell anything extra. I will be helping friends make a purchase at this Chevy dealer soon. More

I’d recommend Tim anytime to purchase a vehicle from. I’d also like to give a shout-out to Christ Agnos in finance - he knew I was getting restless with being there (4 hours before all was said and done), but he made the finance and signature process easy with his professionalism and courtesy. Jessica Ogunjobi was also a pleasure to work with, also professional and courteous, who told me all about the surveys coming and that the dealer would do what they needed to ensure I was completely satisfied.
