Innquired about the status of some dealer installed items after purchase of the vehicle. They could not tell me a status but instead "this was being handled by sales". Sales said they were would call me ba after purchase of the vehicle. They could not tell me a status but instead "this was being handled by sales". Sales said they were would call me back with a status and never did. I left the vehicle there for 3 weeks waiting on items to be installed but one item was never installed even though I have a signed "We Owe" form. If service does the detailing work for purchased vehicles, then they did not detail the car - even though sales said it was. Bed was filled with pine needles, mud was underneath the truck, there were greasy finger prints on the headliner and under the floor mats was not vacuumed. They did install the bed cover - only when I said I was coming to pick it up 3 weeks later. They provided no paperwork oor instructions on using the bed cover. The spray in bedliner was done the day after purchase - by Line-X. The Trailer brake Controller was never installed and I was never given a reason from service. Only the parts department explained the backordering issue after I called them directly. More
