Car originally purchased out of state. Took it to Kia for warranty work. Car returned with damage caused by the shop’s incompetence. No one will return calls. When calling, I get transferr Took it to Kia for warranty work. Car returned with damage caused by the shop’s incompetence. No one will return calls. When calling, I get transferred to voicemails that do not identify the message recipient so the dealership claims they never received the call or blame the company responsible for their phone system. Returned car for repair only to receive car back with additional damages the dealership is now unwilling to repair in total because of the “extra work” done to make up for the original damage caused by their shop. Absolute horrible customer service! More

I spoke with one of their personnel and requested photos of the vehicle - there were none in the ad. After not hearing anything for a day, I contacted the dealership again, and once again requested photos. It seemed shady to me that someone couldn't walk to the car and take a pictures. Here I was, money in hand, ready to buy a car, and they couldn't send pictures?? This isn't 1991, they have a camera in their pocket. I finally received a reply saying the car sold. Okay. I get it it happens. I have continued to search for the car I want, and last night during a search, I saw where the car is STILL for sale. More lies. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else to buy. More

This dealership service department is terrible. I have been trying to get them to fix my tire since I purchased my car and they keep saying there is nothing wrong even though it lose air. First time I did business with Kia Autosports in Pensacola in 2021 they did an oil change and did not tighten the drain plug. I lost a good bit of oil on the way home and the rest drained out on my Pensacola in 2021 they did an oil change and did not tighten the drain plug. I lost a good bit of oil on the way home and the rest drained out on my garage floor. They sent a mechanic out to tighten the drain plug and refill the oil and clean up the mess however no one from management ever contacted me to apologize. Second time I had to do business with Kia auto sport of Pensacola was for a recall on an electrical component. The first available date to come in was a month and a half from the time I called to schedule the repair. When I came for my appointment I waited two hours and then I was told they did not have the part and I would have to come back. When I came back the second time it took 30 minutes before they brought the car into the shop and then another hour to complete the work. Again, no apologies from management or offer to compensate me for my time waisted for their incompetence. More
