I had an excellent experience with Southern Acura. Took my Radar in for an inspection and it failed write up on as 3rd light and tag light was out needed all 4 tires replaced an alignment tie rod boots and wiper blades. As charged 27 for the rejection $20 fo on as 3rd light and tag light was out needed all 4 tires replaced an alignment tie rod boots and wiper blades. As charged 27 for the rejection $20 for state inspection and $6.99 plus tax for gloves, towels and shop supplies. I have as not advised up front for any additional fees which is against the law. Went home after the rejection sticker and my husband check all bulbs none were out and my tires were still good granted I purchased them from Acura less than 5 years ago and only drive locally. I was very disappointed with the service and never had an issue before btw I purchased my RDX from them. Took car to another place today and it passed. The tires were on the list as a recommendation will need to be replaced before next inspection but only 2 no boots were needed nor were the bulbs out. I did have to replace wiper blades I will not be going back to Acura More

Jessica Goodale was excellent. She was prompt with getting me signed in and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Jessica was very pleasant and professional. While the dealership is great, the current renovations to the service department could be better identified. A 'Service Dept' sign on the shed facing the side street and/or main road would eliminate a lot of confusion. More
