Jessica Allen was just a real sweetheart and so helpful and was not pushy at all. She was soooo patient with me and my daughter and made us feel like no question was a bad question no matter how many time and was not pushy at all. She explained things so well and I was waiting for my insurance check and she knew I wanted to get the car as soon as the check came in. She had Tuesdays off and she said if the check comes then on that day call me and I will come in and you can get it. She didn't have to come in on her day off because the check didn't come in that day but who does that. She goes over and above the call of duty at her job just to help me out. It was finally time to upgrade my 2014 Toyota Yaris, which I also previously purchased from Waite Toyota. I met with Steve and he showed me a few options that he thought would fit me based on what he kn which I also previously purchased from Waite Toyota. I met with Steve and he showed me a few options that he thought would fit me based on what he knew about what I already drove. He answered a ton of my questions and ultimately helped me make the best decision on the type of vehicle I wanted. Once everything was set, I was also able to talk to Tim who expressed a other of understanding in my situation and helped me decide on the best things to include in my financing package that would work best for me. I saw Jessica again briefly who helped me purchase my Yaris in 2014 and she remembered many details from 11 years ago. Tim checked back in the next day to make sure things went well with taking my vehicle home and that if I had any questions or concerns to reach back out. Overall, I love the team and atmosphere at Waite. If I'm still in the area when it comes time to get another vehicle, I would choose Waite again. Thank you all! More
