We bought our Ioniq 6 over the summer with Jessica. She was very attentive, friendly, and when she didn’t know an answer to our question she researched and asked an co-worker until she found the answer She was very attentive, friendly, and when she didn’t know an answer to our question she researched and asked an co-worker until she found the answer. This past weekend I noticed our USB-C chargers in our car were not working. She met me at the service center with another Ioniq to test out my chargers in the new cars charging ports. We found out the chargers in my car do in fact need to be serviced so she helped me set up a service appointment. She went above and beyond with her customer service and made the scheduling process easier. Would highly recommend her to help with any future car purchase! Thanks, Jessica! More

I bought a 2020 Hyundai Venue and the transaction was a nightmare of errors. 1. The Finance Dept forgot to collect payment, so I had to drive all the way back to Kirkland to drop off a check (I live in Re nightmare of errors. 1. The Finance Dept forgot to collect payment, so I had to drive all the way back to Kirkland to drop off a check (I live in Renton). 2. The Finance Dept calculated the total price wrong and called the next day collect more money. I paid via credit card and he texted a copy of the receipt to me. 3. A year later, I take my car to different Hyundai dealer closer to home for service. They said that my Service Package WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM. Since I distinctly recall purchasing a Service Package and discussing it in detail when I bought the car, I call Hyundai of Kirkland's Finance Dept and email the salesperson who sold the car to me (Jessica Adams) to resolve this. I was continually told that the Finance Dept at Corporate was working on it. Another Salesperson told me that he would talk to the General Manager himself. After about 8 months of emails and phone calls, I finally get someone (a new Finance Manager) who I only had to follow up with once (*sarcasm*). I then had to drive all the way from Renton to Kirkland to show him my copy of the purchase contract because he could not locate a copy in their office. After seeing the contract which showed that I HAD PAID FOR THE SERVICE PACKAGE initially, he then entered it into the system. The finance manager did thank me for coming in, but nothing was offered by way of apology for 8 months of frustration, time waste and having to drive 45 min to their office because they could not find a paper copy of the contract. Nothing--not even a free car wash which would cost them nothing. More

I’ve purchased many different cars in my life and dealt with many dealers and salespersons and Jessica Adams at Kirkland Hyundai was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She is very knowledgably ab with many dealers and salespersons and Jessica Adams at Kirkland Hyundai was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She is very knowledgably about the cars she sales and spends the time to explain with no pressure to purchase. I highly recommend her if you’re in the market for a vehicle. More

We bought our second car from Jessica Adams this weekend. Her customer service was beyond fantastic. We ordered both cars and she keep us updated weekly with the status of availability. It was not not easy shopping for a car with supply chain issues. Other dealerships made promises they could not keep. Jessica delivered on what she promised. We gave a budget to work with and she gave us a list of options both times that made the process easy. We bought 2 car from her during the pandemic and wouldn’t consider buying on from anybody else! Had a great experience buying a Genesis from Hyundai of Kirkland! Jessica was amazing and let me know when there were vehicles available on the lot.
