A Fair Deal with Pleasant Sales Person Jesse Watkins was very pleasant. There was no pressure to buy and Jesse provided lots of information about the Foresters and Outbacks I was intereste Jesse Watkins was very pleasant. I received a fair deal and I checked with my wife's family who own a GM dealership in the Central Coast area before buying. After the purchase, Jesse washed my car, filled the tank and spent about an hour running me through the tech pieces of the Outback. I checked with Michael Hohl in Carson City, Carmax in Reno and at least a dozen internet sites before making a decision. More

Paper Work Needs Improvement My experience with Paul Bushnell and Jessie Watkins was very pleasant and well informed and I give them 5 stars. They answered all my questions and helped me with one of my two problems. When the sale went from Paul and Jesse to the people who do the paper work is where I ran into two problems. So I would rate those people 3 stars. Problem #1 was when I got home and reviewed the paper work I noticed that my $1,000.00 down payment wasn't included in the numbers. I remembered being in the showroom I overheard a couple times to other customers that a $1,000.00 downpayment was required when ordering a car. It sounds like that is standard policy. If so I don't see how the person who did the paper work missed it. I know I missed it as a lot was going thru my mind when I signed the paperwork. Paul and Jesse helped me secure my deposit back in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated. Problem #2 I didn't discover until I got to DMV. In talking to Paul early on I told him that I wanted the registration to be in my and/or my wife's name. Paul said he would need my wife driver's license which I brought on my next visit. He photocopied them. When I got to DMV window to registered the car I noticed that my wife's name was not on the EDRS form. I asked the person who was helping if I could add her name on the title. She said I would have to go back to the dealer, get a new EDRS and come back to the DMV. If you know anything about the long wait at DMV then you may understand why I didn't do so. I told her I will take care of it at another time. I realize that I should have caught both of these problems initially. I just assumed that it was all done correctly. I won't make that mistake again. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone. I would just caution them to make sure they go over the paperwork very carefully. More

Best deal with the best service Jessie Watkins made it very easy and very pleasant to buy at Lithia Subaru. He responded immediately to my inquiry on the Outback I was looking for. Jessie Watkins made it very easy and very pleasant to buy at Lithia Subaru. He responded immediately to my inquiry on the Outback I was looking for. I was coming from the San Francisco Bay Area and he committed to hold the car for a few days until I was able to come in to purchase it. We had a great price and Jessie had us out of the door with our new car in a couple of hours. Jessie was very attentive, the office was comfortable, and he helped us decide on the financing weighting different options. I have purchased a dozen cars or so in my life and this has been the best experience by far. Thank you. More
