Scott and the team made our experience one to remember. Scott’s genuine care and open honesty truly shine through the car salesman facade. I say facade, because yes, we were sold a car, but it felt like so Scott’s genuine care and open honesty truly shine through the car salesman facade. I say facade, because yes, we were sold a car, but it felt like some power was still in our control. Rather than guiding us to the most expensive model, or something outside of our means, Scott and the team at Don Herring made sure we received the best deal for what we could offer. Scott is hilarious, a joy to be around, and very personable. The rest of the team, including the general manager, whose name I am misplacing currently, made the process easy to understand and helped us feel confident in our investment. Again, I did not feel sold too. Rather, it felt like a conversation about cars, and we ended up with a great deal. We plan to drive the Mitsubishi Mirage SE until the wheels fall off. But it’s amazing to know that Scott and the team will have our backs for the ride. Thank you for the experience and thank you for not being the typical car salespeople! More

He is extremely patient, with an engaging personality, which gave me confidence in the path I took to my final choice of vehicle and purchase arrangement. He went out of his way to help me deal with a rental vehicle issue that I am certain was not in his job description. I have never before received the level of attention, with a vehicle purchase, that Scott provided during my visit(s). When I know of anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, I will not hesitate to recommend that they contact Scott because I am confident, they will be in good hands, and he will be indefatigable in his pursuit to meet their needs. he made the whole experience enjoyable. Jesse was extremely helpful, knew everything about the Outlander. Any time I have gone to look at vehicles in the past I remember the salesman would be like “I’ll check on that” or “I’ll find out for you” Outlander.
