The maintenance personnel are professional but they tend to be sloppy when working and do not pay attention to details. When I picked up my truck and opened the hood, the battery terminal cover was left on to be sloppy when working and do not pay attention to details. When I picked up my truck and opened the hood, the battery terminal cover was left on the engine bay on the cowl. Cleanup after service is usually required when I bring the truck home. Also had tires rotated and the manual states cross rotation, but the dealer went front to back. I expect the dealer to follow the manufacturers manual. Parts also have a large markup compared to purchasing online. But that is the case with most dealers. More

Jesse always takes care of me and goes out of his way to make sure all is good and has an answer each time a call is made to see the status of vehicle. Most dealerships have to call back after they talk to the mechanic and jesse stays on top of his game already knowing the status. They will take the time and listen to what you have to say about the issue. Sent many fleet vehicles here over the years and have not ever had an issue with a truck that has been picked up. They stay extremely busy and Jesse is always up front and honest. Only incident where there was an issue on repair was out of there hands on a part that was on back order. In which Jesse was able to locate on out of state expediting repair process. More

Upon arrival greeted immediately and took my information for the visit.
