Terrible communication! Never got an update on anything! Jesse would never reach out. He was fast to give me my price quote though. Every time I called and asked him about m Never got an update on anything! Jesse would never reach out. He was fast to give me my price quote though. Every time I called and asked him about my vehicle he would have no answer for me or couldn’t find the tech to ask him. It went from a 3-4 day repair to two weeks. My vehicle is working as it should and I am thankful for that. I would not say this is a place where I feel I got an honest price or breakdown of the procedures done to my vehicle. More

Was not a welcoming experience, I called on Thursday told not to bring in my vehicle till the following Monday 5days from my my initial contact. My vehicle was not diagnosed till 3 days later and it was told not to bring in my vehicle till the following Monday 5days from my my initial contact. My vehicle was not diagnosed till 3 days later and it was a minor fix, a car battery. I was called mid-afternoon and wasn't called till 30 minutes before closing to pick up my vehicle. Barely made it before closing to pick up my vehicle. Same day I had an issue with a code on my car, went back the following morning to ask questions and was kind of turned away to not leave my car to wait to see if other issues arised and if so to bring back the following Monday. Felt like my business was not wanted, so no I would not refer anyone to this place. Unless you buy your vehicle there I guess they don't really make you a priority. You would think they wouldn't turn business away regardless! More
