Took my money without my consent or approval from the extended maintainance contract for the previous car I purchase from another Toyota dealer. This is how it happened. Before I was sent to Larry H. Mil extended maintainance contract for the previous car I purchase from another Toyota dealer. This is how it happened. Before I was sent to Larry H. Miller financing dept. to close the purchase of the Toyota Camry, I was very clear (my husband was also present) with the salesperson who sold me the vehicle when I told him I was not putting any money down on the new purchase... zero... zilch...nada. I told him that the car I was trading in.was a 2020 Lexus CT200 Hybrid in excellent condition with extremely... extremely low miles (that car was driven approx. 6K miles a year for 3 years) and the balance of the loan on the Lexus was only $17,001 he said "don't worry I'm going to talk to my boss (the dealer's manager) and I'm sure there'll be no problem because your credit is excellent and the condition and low milage of your trade in" and off he went and when he came back he said " ok, it's all been taking care of. You will not have to put any money down and we will pay-off the balance of the Lexus loan in full so you don't have to worry about anything". They LIED! The CHEATERS! (like I said in the beginning) took my money from the Lexus ct200 extended maintanace contract ($2,300 plus) and used it to lower the full balance of the Lexus loan to only $15,700 instead of Toyota Financial sending me the check (the $2,300 plus) back to me like they should have done. What the financial officer from Larry H. Miller did is that he (he did it in a very sneaky way while he was asking me questions about my family and personal life so I could put my guard down and not pay full attention to what he was making me sign) put on the contract with out fully informing me and being truthful that I was agreeing to have Toyota Financial pay Larry H. Miller the portion of the refund for the extended maintanance that should have been paid to me. Larry H. Miller financial officer (I forgot his name but he is a young latino), the manager, and the salesperson (Roberto Sosa) are all thieves and a bunch of liars. More

They employ total jerk in their finance department that will ruin your peace of mind and feeling good about your purchase.
