When I asked for critical details about the lease—such as the interest rate, loan term, money factor, and depreciation value—the staff dodged my questions or provided vague responses, leaving me unable to make an informed decision.It’s evident that this dealership takes advantage of customers’ trust and urgency, using slick tactics to obscure costs and terms. I fell for their approach due to my inexperience, but I strongly advise others to avoid Jim Marsh Kia. Look for a dealership that prioritizes honesty, transparency, and respect for customers.
