Karon and I stumbled into each other because I went to the wrong dealership. As I was about to leave he asked what I was looking for. I told him a CX5 Turbo Signature. I did, I test drove it, it was a beautiful vehicle, it had all I needed feature wise (honestly more than I needed). An hour and a half later we settled on a trade in price, warrantees, and holding the vehicle while I setup a loan with my CU. Came back later that week and in and out in about an hour with my unexpected new car. I was very pleased with his service and no pressure demeanor.
