I loved dealing with the staff from meeting my service manager when I brought my older Range Rover in for service, too seeing this new Range Rover in the show room and meeting Jennifer. The only thing I had a problem with is the documentation fees and other fees on my purchase order. This is why I don’t normally buy a vehicle in Florida. Everything else was great and Steve and Jennifer took very good care of me! More

We purchased a used Mercedes Benz with low miles and loads of warranty remaining and we also purchased an extended warranty. At the time we were told that also told 2 complementary oil changes were incl loads of warranty remaining and we also purchased an extended warranty. At the time we were told that also told 2 complementary oil changes were included. So my check engine light came on a week ago and a day or 2 later my husband got this email photos are enclosed stating it was time for my oil change. We call make an appointment for this and tell them my check engine light is on. Yes they say we will do a diagnostic test while you are here for the oil change. I drive 2 hours to my appointment when I arrive I'm informed that that email is a scam!!! And I'm about the 3rd customer to come in with the same email. So the manager says they will not do the complimentary oil change. But will be happy to check in the engine light. Came back and said they can't because it has to be changed with a MB computer systems. So I drove a total of 4 hours for a car wash. Unbelievable! More
