He was very customer service oriented and did everything possible to assist me.
During my first visit for diagnostics on the A/C issue and basic Oil Change Service, the car was returned without Windshield Fluid and an intake air tube was left disconnected. The diagnostics on the A/C repair was for a compressor, $1,811.00 to replace.
I opted to have another service organization review. It was determined that the vehicle needed a HVAC Pressure Switch.
The cost to replace was $339.00.
Candidly, this is the worst Volvo customer care I received in my 20 years with Volvo. I currently own 2 Volvo's, XC40 and C70.

I would not recommend your dealership at this time.
