I was very upfront with pictures of my trade depicting any scratches or marks. Jess sent me videos of the vehicle I was looking at. When it came to negotiating the price, Dewayne called and was upfront and honest. He clearly explained what he could and could not do. There were no games or sales xx I usually hear.
