We were considering trading in our 2018 Honda Civic but weren't sure and I came by to have a diagnostic done and met with Eric Collier in new cars at the front desk and from that point he was very welcomin weren't sure and I came by to have a diagnostic done and met with Eric Collier in new cars at the front desk and from that point he was very welcoming and easy to work with. He was able to find a car that met our needs and assist us through the process of getting a new car. We were very thankful they were able to give us value all the way around from our trade, payment and overall satisfaction with the ease of our purchase. Their professionalism and consultative approach to be sure we found exactly what met our needs and refreshingly never once did we feel like it was a pushy sales process. The whole team was very helpful and end even working with the owners son Jeff all were very genuine and down to earth people to talk to. I scheduled an 9:00am appointment for a recall of the fuel pump. Other than the fact that my car was ready and sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes, because my service manager was gone to lunch. I fuel pump. I have commented on this before. After getting the car back, I didn't notice until after it was dark that someone who worked on the car had turned the headlights off. I normally leave the switch in the automatic position and don't worry about the headlights being on. I don't know why it was necessary to turn the headlights off for this service, but you did, and then didn't set the switch back where it was. Every time this happens, I will rate you one star, because I have told you about it before. And this survey tool sucks -- it requires rating "people I worked with" and frankly I don't remember any of their names. More
