Specifically, I requested we forgo discussion of dealer add-on packages as I had no interest in paying for options I did not want. They insisted on offering them anyway and forcing me to refuse them. The same was true for the Finance office...I had to sit through all the extra service packages being offered even though I said up front I would not be buying anything extra. The length of the entire purchase process could have been cut in half had my wishes been respected, but instead time was wasted for me and for the dealer staff. On the plus side, staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Jesse Baez for his efforts in making sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. More
