Went in for my first oil change service on my new Sorento. The service department is the best I've encountered at ANY dealership. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by someone who opened my door a Sorento. The service department is the best I've encountered at ANY dealership. The person checking me in was so friendly and helpful and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They called me when the service was done and personally escorted me to my car.
