Forgot to ask for the accident history The whole process was great and I couldn't have asked for better customer service however I failed to ask for accident history because of my excitemen The whole process was great and I couldn't have asked for better customer service however I failed to ask for accident history because of my excitement actually getting it (probably would have affected my willingness to purchase at the final agreed sales price). I recommend that they openly at least provide accident history or let customer know it was in an accident prior. Other than that Your not going to find a better used sales dealer 200 miles in the area in my opinion. Ask for Peter he'll buy you dinner if your purchase process takes too long lol. More

Poor service shop. Decent sales I have purchased three vehicles from Basil. Im satisfied with all three sales but not at all satisfied with their service or extended warranties. I would make an appointment but still have to wait 3-5 hours for an oil change. when my vehicles have problems their service shop never fixes them properly. Recently went in for the check engine light being on. They “fixed” it by bending a pin they said. They returned the car to me after charging me over $100 for the diagnostic and the check engine light was still on. Had to take it to another service shop as usual. Their extended warranties are usless at other shops. You will only get small discounts on service. Stay away from this place for auto repairs. We will not be buying any more cars from them. More

Service appointment Bought my car here 3 years ago, no big issues there. They offer free oil changes for life. Every time I come in it takes way too long. If I schedule a 12 pm appointment for a procedure that takes 20 mins I don't expect to still be waiting 2 hrs later. And have them relentlessly try to get me to trade in my car or suggest expensive repairs that aren't necessary. Not happy More

Waste of time I brought my car into basil resale on Sheridan, it was my first oil change for my new car so I scheduled my appointment ahead of time. It took them 2 I brought my car into basil resale on Sheridan, it was my first oil change for my new car so I scheduled my appointment ahead of time. It took them 2 1/2 hours to do my oil change! And after that the "service" center employees were more concerned with eating their lunch instead of letting me know my car was all set. I had to walk up to the counter n ask them if I was all set and could leave, and they just said yes n handed me my keys. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! They can keep their free oil changes for life, I will never go back there would rather pay for one than go back there! If anyone ever says they're thinking about getting a car from there, I will strongly advise them to go elsewhere. More
