First Time GMC owner! This was my second GMC dealership I went to and I sat down with Tommy who was very polite and nice. I went in wanting the '18 terrain and soon realize This was my second GMC dealership I went to and I sat down with Tommy who was very polite and nice. I went in wanting the '18 terrain and soon realized I liked the '17 nightfall edition SLT way more. I walked away from the dealership knowing I wouldn't be able to get that car, given how upside down I was on my vehicle. Fast forward a few days, and they contacted me & were so pleasant and cool, and I figured I'd go back in and test drive & check it out. I was able to negotiate a steal (in my opinion) but truth is, between the folks who I spoke to at other dealerships, Tommy and his people at Lester Glenn in TR were the reason I ultimately made my purchase there. They were thorough, had me in & out and made me feel comfortable enough to ask anything. I didn't feel rushed and I am very happy with my purchase ! More
