I recently purchased a 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4 from Lester Glenn GMC, and the experience was outstanding. Our salespeople, Louis Bottone and Louis Cerrato, made the entire process seamless and efficient. Despite the cold weather, they went above and beyond by pulling two cars into the bay so we could compare them side-by-side, which was incredibly helpful in making our decision. Louis took the time to explain every feature of the vehicle and made sure we were completely comfortable with our choice. The entire process was quick, yet thorough, and we never felt rushed. On top of that, Jerry Taylor, the financial manager, was outstanding. He worked efficiently to complete all the paperwork and helped us secure a better interest rate than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service at Lester Glenn is top-notch.
