I love the new Telluride I ordered. Scott in sales was very kind and thorough with the process. Luther Kia was able to get a new vehicle in significantly faster than another Kia Dealer I compared them to. The trade-in to accompany the new purchase was another story. I was told they follow Kelly Blue book values when making trade offers. There are variances based on the condition of your vehicle of course. My trade was in good condition. They offered LESS than fair and stood firm. I signed, but was disappointed. After some thought we decided to ask to buy the trade back from them to sell it outright instead. They were reasonable enough to agree even though they didn't have to. But that process was a nightmare. Once they were no longer looking to make a significantly profitable sale, we were treated terribly. The process was drawn out. They would not return phone calls to share details...and then put the vehicle through their shop to sell on the lot even though they said they would not, (presumably to make a shop profit out of the deal) Jerry was extremely rude and disrespectful the entire time. I purchased a brand new vehicle from them, and should have been treated as a valued customer even though the trade situation was complicated and unfortunate. If I order another Kia in the future, it will certainly NOT be with Luther. More

I bought a 2023 Kia Telluride in July. About 2 hours after leaving the dealership the low tire pressure light came on. I filled the tire up but about 2 weeks later it came on again. Went to the local dealership and they found a nail in the tire with a slow leak. I contacted the dealership to let them know I needed a new tire and would like them to cover the cost as the nail was in the tire when the car was purchased. They refused, stating that I probably drove over the nail after I bought the car. Which clearly wasn’t the case as it was a slow leak, not something that happened within a few hours of me driving it. Fine, you won’t help with the tire. The other problem was, I never received new license plates when I bought the car. The temporary plates had expired by that time. So I inquire about my plates. It turns out, they DON’T HAVE THE TITLE FOR MY CAR!!! So they sold me a car with no title! They don’t even exactly know where the title is. It is technically illegal for me to drive my car. But don’t worry, they did tell me they would pay for whatever citations I get! And to top it off, after paying 37k for a car- they didn’t even fill up the gas tank! They only gave me 1/2 tank of gas. I would consider another dealership. Or at least make sure they actually have the title for the car they are selling! More

Luther Kia has been my go to place for service on all my Kias. Greg Isham has been the main reason I continue to come to Luther Kia. I don't know what you pay him, but whatever it is, move it up! If Greg were to leave, I would be right behind him. So far I have purchased 11 vehicles from Luther Kia, working with Igor and Jerry has always been a pleasure. It would be nice to update (or at least enhance) the dealership. Maybe a little paint, some new ceiling tiles, spruced up customer lounge would at least be a start. Also, parking is always a concern - assign more parking spaces? Oh ya, how about removing Adam Bistodeau from your Service Department listing - he's been gone to Bloomington for a long time now. Or better yet, bring him back. More
