I had emailed Chris before heading over, and he set me up with Jerry—who, fun fact, was actually my salesman when I bought my Canyon back in 2016. Neither of us remembered, but he found that out in their records. Jerry was awesome, He showed me around, and was super patient even when I immediately vetoed the white Sierra AT4 I test drove. (sorry, white is just not my style for a vehicle!). We took a test drive, and he detailed all the features, which really helped. When we got back, we chatted about options and, before I knew it, they had the perfect truck waiting for me, fresh off the truck and not even in the inventory yet! Carlos took over to complete the deal and made everything crystal clear. One thing that impressed me in 2016, was the paperwork easy and I am not sure if they made it easier, or if my memory is just a little foggy. The electronic paperwork was a breeze—seriously, it’s so easy. I’m just as impressed now as I was then. The team here really makes the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. Had they not had to complete the inspections, clean and gas up the truck I purchased, I would have been in and out in just under 2 hours, which is really good in my opinion. If you're on the hunt for a new vehicle, I’d definitely recommend Simpson Buick GMC. They’re straightforward, friendly, and make you feel right at home. Plus, who knows? Maybe you’ll also have a cool 'small world' moment like I did. I'll definitely give them a shot to earn my business then next time I am in the market for a GM vehicle. More
