Buyers Beware - The prices listed online for Beaver Toyota are not final prices. After seeing a used vehicle online, I went in for a test drive and had a mostly pleasant experience. However, when it came time to review prices, I was shocked to see an additional $1300 charge for “Beaver Benefits” on top of the price listed online. This included no dealer fees or taxes. When I questioned this, I was told it was not negotiable and was part of the price even though this was not reflected online. When I spoke to a senior sales rep about the online listing price, his words were “those are the prices we put online to stay comparable with other online dealer listings.” This is deceiving and dishonest. From my experience, Beaver Toyota is more about show than providing quality, knowledgeable customer service in the car buying business. If you want a fancy showroom, massage chairs, or a salon, go to Beaver. If you want to buy a car while being treated fairly, go elsewhere. More

Visited this location to review a used car with a fixed sticker price. After test driving it and being brought into the sales person' desk, the sales manager attempted to raise the price of the vehicle by sticker price. We know we would buy from Beaver based on feedback from friends who use their service department and from friends in the automotive industry. We had lost our vehicle in a total loss collision so buying a new (or used) car was something we had to do. when it came down to negotiating price there wasn't a lot of room because the vehicle we wanted was in high demand and we had some specific requests. however, the beaver team figured out how to get us exactly what we wanted and we came to a price we could all agree on. would definitely send friends and family here (have already actually) and can't wait to take advantage of our beaver perks! More

I was shopping between two dealerships for a 2020 Toyota Corolla LE by When Beaver Toyota's TV ad says "We are going to wow you", they really mean it. I was shopping between two dealerships for a 2020 Toyota Corolla LE by phone and online. To get one more offer, I called Beaver Toyota after Kelly Pak responded to my online request. She was so nice and quickly made me a very reasonable offer. My regular dealership was sure they could match the deal, so I called Kelly back to cancel my order. She was very nice and understood. The next morning, I received a call from her manager Jerry Rangel. I told him I would check back to see if they offered me a better deal. The salesman and his manager couldn't come close. Kelly delivered the car to my door the next day. Wow!!! More
