Jerry worked with me until we were able to come up with something I wanted could aford and be happy with.Anything I asked he looked into and most important if there were somethings he wasnt sure about and there were some things, he went and found someone who could provide the correct answer. Like in the case of converting my contact list for the car blue tooth a person with exceptional cell phone knowledge on staff came to help .The test drive was outstanding and he demostrated the various features as we went along.I really didnt think I was going to be driving home in a different car, but Jerry made it real easy and then gave me a call the next day to be sure all was well.Im glad I picked Mercedes.Also I could tell that Jerry believed in the product and very knowledgable.Im glad I met Jerry Peek,I was a customer but was treated like someone special.Everyone that I met to make this sale possible was professional and extremely friendly,they acted as though they cared about me the product and the business and that scores big points with me. Not only did Jerry listen to our "specifics" in what we were looking for in a Mercedes, but he also never pushed us to settle for a different style Mercedes just because it was already on the lot. If Jerry hadn't made our buying experience easy enough as it was, Chris in finance topped off the deal by making us feel welcome to the Mercedes family without waiting for hours to sign the papers to our FIRST Mercedes. Wow... we used to be Atlanta Classic Cars customers and after buying a very expensive car and being thoroughly disgusted with their service department we decided to switch over to RBM from a TrustDale reco after buying a very expensive car and being thoroughly disgusted with their service department we decided to switch over to RBM from a TrustDale recommendation. Jerry Peek (sales representative) and Robert (Sales Manager) were very professional and great to work with. They went out of their way to make a deal happen on a 2012 ML350... a car they didnt even have on the lot. They were even willing to honor a TrustDale coupon voucher AFTER the deal had already been negotiated. Not only will we get our new car serviced by them, but I will continue getting our '09 S550 serviced by them as well. After the first service experience with them this past week, i am bewildered at the world of difference between my experience at an uncaring and nickeling and diming service center and RBM's super professional, hospitable service center. James was very professional in getting a laundry list of things taken care of for me all the while keeping me updated on the status while being provided a very nice loaner vehicle. Their prices were very very very competitive as I had done my comparison shopping before going in to pick up the vehicle, so they are certainly not out to break the bank. In addition, the service manager was more than accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with. I am very satisfied and very happy that I have switched over to a family-atmosphere dealership that seems to care about us rather than treating us like a number. Take it from someone who is willing to drive an hour... this is a dealership of genuine excellence! More

This was my second experience purchasing a Mercedes from RBM and the first Certified Pre-Owned. I was hesitant to purchase a used vehicle but Stephen Cavanaugh explained the process of how RBM certifies a RBM and the first Certified Pre-Owned. I was hesitant to purchase a used vehicle but Stephen Cavanaugh explained the process of how RBM certifies a vehicle and that made me feel very comfortable purchasing the car. After a previous purchase from Jerry Peek, I wouldn't have gone anywhere else but RBM. Both Stephen and Jerry were patient and spent alot of time making sure all my questions were answered and to make sure I understood how the vehicles features operated during delivery. It has always been my experience to be treated with courtesy and respect in dealing with RBM. More

We have worked with Jerry since 1997 when we made our first Mercedes purchase; and this was our 5th Mercedes purc & service deparment at RBM Atlanta.
