I had received a letter from Ford about a recall part and asked if they could take care of that also. They said sure but the part had to be ordered and wouldn't be in until the following day and that they would stay in touch with me. I never heard from them ( it was a Saturday). I called service twice on Monday and it went to voicemail. When they returned my truck through the valet service my check engine light was on. I couldn't believe it. I took the truck back to service. They sent me an email with a link of the diagnostic they did and the link didn't work. When I finally picked up my truck after it had been repaired, they wanted to charge me $172. The poorest service I have ever received. More
