Not only are you fixing the same problem with my vehicle a month later, you guys also didn’t want to give me a rental vehicle for this inconvenience. Just because you all did a half xxx job and have to go b a month later, you guys also didn’t want to give me a rental vehicle for this inconvenience. Just because you all did a half xxx job and have to go back and fix the issue with my vehicle, doesn’t mean my daily responsibilities stop so yes I do need a rental, no questions asked. On top of all of that, you guys don’t give me any updates without me having to constantly ask for updates. Then, the tech that’s supposed to work on my vehicle is constantly out on vacation. Then you wanna restrict how far I can go in the vehicle only 150 miles out. I wanna go on vacation too. Could be on a road trip in my car if you all had done your job correctly the first time around. And to top it all I still have to pay a car note on a vehicle I’m not even driving because it’s being worked on!!! I would rather my car just break down completely and be stranded than to bring it to this or any ford dealership at that because you alls service sucks ASSSSSSS ! I almost gave Chasady a great review when I had first came but something told me to hold my tongue. I’m not sure if I can fully give her a compliment because she’s delaying information to me that doesn’t sound good. And now I was told that it will be ready on Thursday and that was a lie. So I’ve just been lied to all the way around. Not given the proper information to make me feel reassured that you guys are doing your best to keep your customer happy. It feels like you just want my money and don’t care about how I feel. So when you hear all of this about my experience with you guys, what do you feel should happen now? No sorry apology is gonna make me feel better. No little discount off my service is going to fix this either. I shouldn’t even be paying for the service due to you all not doing your job properly to begin with. More

Here is my review to the manager Jason since he did not want to accommodate with me and meet face to face with me to resolve the many issues I have had with them. You might as well leave your car stranded want to accommodate with me and meet face to face with me to resolve the many issues I have had with them. You might as well leave your car stranded and broke down somewhere before taking it to them and at this point any Clement Ford dealership because they just want your money and do not care about their customers AT ALL!!!!!! More

Service dept went down hill really bad when Clement took over. All of the staff in service is different and pricing went up. They performed services that was not asked for yet they charged for them. Made an appointment today changed at 9:30 on Saturday, April 20 so I drop my car off at 3 o’clock on the appointment was 9:30 AM. The service guy told me that since I was early they should be able to get April 20 so I drop my car off at 3 o’clock on the appointment was 9:30 AM. The service guy told me that since I was early they should be able to get to my car pretty quickly there was six ahead of me. I said OK, I left I had 230. I called the service center back three times then hung up on me twice the third time I talked to the service guy. He said they just now getting up on the rack now getting up on the rack he said since I dropped it off. There was no hurry I said, bull crap I told him just call me when it’s ready and I’ll come pick it up at 3:45. He calls me and tells me the truck is ready and for me to come pick it up 20 minutes away. I called him nine times between 345 and 357. No one would answer the phone, so I drove out there and talk to the gentleman in the sales center and he was real nice. He said he’ll get a hold of the manager to see what they can do to him. He said he wasn’t. I said I have a key to pay until Monday he said no he’s not doing anything and if I try to take the truck, he’s gonna call the police , I said he said not my problem This guy is a real jerk, These people don’t care about their customers They are rude. They’re not helpful and now I have to takeoff work on Monday to go get my truck. My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning so I will go back to this place and I will never have a good thing to say about them More
