Josh answered the phone 30 minutes before they were even open, got my car pulled up front and I was test driving with Jerry as soon as I arrived. My only issue at the dealership was that they wouldn't budge on the price of the car, but tbf it was listed at market value so I took the deal eventually. Scott was very nice and informative about the service contracts but wasn't overly pushy with them. I turned them down initially (I like to do my research so I'll be calling back later if I determine they're a good value), and he was a good sport about it. Definitely a good salesman though, he almost got me! They also didn't give me a hard time about securing my own financing, something I've experienced in the past. Maybe it was because I chose a credit union they work with anyway, but still a nice touch. I normally hate buying cars but this was the least annoying dealership I've worked with so far (high praise from me). More
