I would advise anyone considering purchasing from ALM Kia South to carefully review every document before signing. After my transaction, I discovered inconsistencies between the dealership paperwork I signed South to carefully review every document before signing. After my transaction, I discovered inconsistencies between the dealership paperwork I signed and the Retail Installment Sales Contract later provided by the lender. The Buyer’s Order identified ALM Kia South as the seller. However, the lender’s contract identified “Pinnacle Cars LLC” as the seller — a company name that did not appear on any documentation presented to me at the time of signing. This discrepancy has never been explained. Additionally, the Retail Installment Sales Contract later produced does not reflect my executed signature from the transaction. Despite sending a certified written notice to management requesting clarification and resolution, I have received no response. Lack of transparency and communication in financial transactions is a serious concern. Proceed with caution and ensure you receive a complete copy of the Retail Installment Sales Contract — not just the Buyer’s Order — before leaving the dealership. I requested a copy of the Retail Installment Sales Contract several weeks after the sale when I realized it had not been provided at closing and did not receive a response. The copy later provided by the lender differed in material respects from the documents presented at signing. More

Document Stuffing & Safety-Critical Warranty Breach I have forensic proof from a digital audit log showing that two contradictory forms—a 'Clean Title' disclosure and a 'Lemon Law/Buyback' disclosure—wer have forensic proof from a digital audit log showing that two contradictory forms—a 'Clean Title' disclosure and a 'Lemon Law/Buyback' disclosure—were executed at the exact same second (3:34:13 PM). This is a clear case of 'Document Stuffing' designed to bypass mandatory consumer disclosures. Safety/Warranty: The vehicle is currently unsafe, throwing Tesla hardware alerts DIF_a018 and BMS_a086 (Limp Mode). Despite this being a reacquired vehicle which carries a mandatory 1-year statutory warranty under Georgia law, GM Nathan and the service team have refused to honor it. I have officially filed with the Georgia Attorney General and served a 30-day Statutory Demand to their Corporate HQ. Do not sign anything here without demanding your full digital audit trail first.
